Michael Boulware's football success is the second in his family: older brother Peter Boulware is a former NFL linebacker.

After a successful college career with Florida State which culminated in an All-American Award, Michael Boulware played for the Seattle Seahawks. Michael Boulware recorded the most interceptions for any rookie ever to play for the Seattle Seahawks.

The Houston Texans picked up Michael Boulware for the 2007-2008 season and then the Minnesota Vikings nabbed him in spring 2008. Michael Boulware is now committed to a one-year contract with the Minnesota Vikings.
