Darius Reynaud chose to miss his senior year of college play with West Virginia University (where he played with fellow Minnesota Vikings teammate Dan Mozes) in favor of entering the 2008 NFL Draft. Although Daius Reynaud was ranked in various reports as high as a #29 wide receiver, he went undrafted and became a free agent. The Minnesota Vikings picked him up in early 2008.

Darius Reynaud had a solid career with the West Virginia University Mountaineers football team. He was an ESPN player of the week in 2007 and helped the team perform well in the Sugar Bowl of 2004-2005.
