Bobby Williams played college football for North Alabama where he caught the eye of the NFL based on his solid performances. He was top on the North Alabama football team by completing 50 catches during his senior season. Additionally, Bobby Williams was an integral part of the team's success as they won the Gulf South Conference title and advanced to the second round of DII playoffs. Bobby Williams' impact was strongly felt, especially because he did not play all four years with the team. He transferred to North Alabama after his junior year from Middle Tennessee State.
