The Jacksonville Jaguars adapted the strategy of wearing white for home games, forcing opponents to wear dark uniforms in the Florida heat. Today the team alternates between teal or white jerseys and black pants.
Head Coach Jack Del Rio has been with the Jacksonville Jaguars since 2003 after replacing former coach Tom Coughlin. Under Coach Del Rio's leadership, the team has had its ups and downs. The 2006 season finished with an 8-8 record and 2007 led the team to an 11-5 record and playoff berth which ended after just the first round.
